About Our Company
My Support Worker (NW) Ltd is a private, family run company and was established in 2019 to meet the care and support needs of people with long-term and complex disabilities and conditions, who wish to maintain their independence and continue living in their own home with their own personal assistants.
My Support Worker (NW) Ltd. provide a management service which ensures care and support for people who need it in their own homes using individualized budgets. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount. We support our clients to have a dignified quality of life without bias or discrimination, within the communities and individuals it serves.
Our Company provides a range of solutions to individuals and families who need care and support within their own homes, we do this with dedication, integrity and compassion. We strive to develop and improve the services we offer and support our staff and all those within the Company as well as those receiving care from us.
We will offer a flexible approach to your care management and support, giving as much or as little help, for those wishing to maintain their independence in their own home and employ staff who are contracted to work with an individual.
